Tactical Streetwear Isn't a Trend. It's Where This Clothing Came From All Along.

"Bro thinks he's Delta Force because he copped a plate carrier from a hype drop." I've seen some version of that comment under every post where tactical gear shows up in a streetwear context, plate carrier silhouettes, MOLLE straps, oversized cargo pockets, half the internet ready to call it a costume trend that fell out of the sky last year. Then there's the other comment, usually from someone who actually served or actually works the job. "Y'all really out here cosplaying my job." Different complaint, same energy....
